Our client is looking for a
Client Solutions Manager

, Hybrid role for 12 months.


Our Client is looking for Client Solutions Manager to support advertising client partners by providing strategic guidance across digital advertising planning, execution, and measurement. In this role, you will help partners improve performance outcomes through full-funnel strategy, campaign optimization, insights, and cross-functional program execution.


Responsibilities:


  • Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned client and/or agency partners, delivering executive-ready communication and recommendations.

  • Develop and deliver full-funnel digital advertising strategies, including planning, activation, and optimization aligned to partner objectives.

  • Provide vertical/industry-informed guidance and best practices to improve campaign performance and business outcomes.

  • Drive measurement and insights, including performance analysis, KPI reporting, and clear narrative storytelling of results and recommendations.

  • Support testing and learning approaches, including experimentation fundamentals and incrementality/attribution concepts.

  • Lead cross-functional execution by coordinating with internal stakeholders to deliver on timelines, priorities, and partner deliverables.

  • Apply structured problem-solving to diagnose performance issues, identify opportunities, and recommend practical next steps.

  • Leverage AI and automation tools to improve workflow efficiency, planning, and insights in partnership with clients


Requirements


  • Experience in client and/or agency partner management with strong stakeholder influence and executive-ready communication skills.

  • Experience in digital advertising strategy across the full funnel, including campaign planning and optimization.

  • Experience with measurement and insights, including performance analysis, dashboards/KPIs, and foundational understanding of experimentation and incrementality/attribution.

  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing projects/programs in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong analytical fluency and ability to translate data into clear, actionable narratives and recommendations.

  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills with comfort working with data, business metrics, and performance drivers.

  • Familiarity with using AI/automation to improve planning, analysis, and workflow efficiency.
