The Client Solutions team are trusted advocates responsible for connecting key stakeholders internally and providing inspiration and insights to ensure success for our clients on TikTok. We have an exciting opening for a Client Solutions (CS) Lead who will be responsible for spearheading projects and setting processes within the apps and services team. They will be advocates for their category and work with our product team to surface digital media solutions for our customers. This role requires close collaboration with the brand partnerships lead and stakeholders from across the organisations (both locally and internationally), as well as management of a team of client solutions managers. The CS Lead will support their team in establishing and strengthening key client relationships with a focus on driving revenue, client education, client satisfaction and product best practice.
Success in this position requires strong leadership and team development skills, a keen focus on market-leading client service, experience building bespoke solutions for digitally-savvy advertisers, and the ability to thrive in a fast paced work environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a team of account managers/execs to deliver results against set goals
- Support the team to grow relationships with UK clients of all sizes
- Oversee a portfolio of Retail advertisers
- Partner with the Brand Partnership Lead to drive strategic planning for the vertical, delivering product adoption and revenue growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners (i.e. Product, Marketing Science, Solutions Engineering and R&D teams, etc.) to deliver scalable solutions for clients
- Support the team with regular business reviews, and take a consultative, long-term approach to build productive relationships with clients in collaboration with the sales team
- Empower the team to adopt an analytical approach and deliver data-driven business insights
- Guide the team on media planning and implementation of campaigns to deliver against clients key performance indicators
- Share marketplace insights and feedback to influence product roadmap decisions
- Demonstrate deep analytical ability and develop advanced expertise in TikTok’s proprietary metrics, working to constantly evolve how we analyse and communicate data driven insights to our advertisers
- Educate other teams on TikTok media offerings and keep them engaged by delivering learning sessions, writing training documentation and whitepapers for internal and external use
- Build scalable processes for our growing Account Management team
- Take the initiative and operate with a high degree of autonomy
