Client Software Packaging and Security Specialist

Belgrade, Nis, Serbia

Responsibilities

• Operating of client security environment, (AV, Advanced Endpoint Protection, Client Firewall)
  • Handling of central client management security solution
  • Upgrade, update, distribute, troubleshoot on clients
  • Define, adjust, troubleshoot on related polices
  • Monitoring and action on security events
• Continuous improve central client security environment in cooperation with the vendor/ security department
• Be main contact for Corporate IT in questions related to used client security solution
• Advise On Site Support in client security event handling
• Operating of client software configuration and distribution solution, includes:
  • Handling of client software distribution solution
  • Maintain records within the system database of software distribution system
• Adjust setup procedures to include new software
• Developing and creating software application packages for global client Rollout
  • Creating, updating, testing and adjusting new and existing software packages
• Develop and optimize existing software package process
• Be main contact for Corporate IT in questions related to client software packaging
• Support software distribution
• Ticket handling within a ticket system

Skills & Experience

• Expert knowledge in client security environment (AV, Advanced Endpoint Protection, Client Firewall)
• Expert knowledge in client software configuration and distribution (Microsoft SCCM)
• Skilled in central client configuration & repositories (AD policies, other central configurations)
• Skilled in client automation and general scripting (PowerShell, Rest API)
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Service minded
• Intercultural sensitivity
• Team player
• Can work in a global distributed team
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Flexible and adaptable in different work environments
• Good coordinative skills
