At a glance:

This is a mid-to entry level, client-focused position assisting with client relationships and helping drive growth at our fast-paced, results-oriented agency. This role will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day support in client relationships, business performance, and financial management and tracking of converged video (linear, CTV and OLV) campaigns. You will work directly with clients as an account leader, and with other integrated agency teams to support client objectives and daily performance, maintain strong communication, and help identify risks and opportunities.

While this is a remote role, periodically accommodating meetings in different US time zones is expected.

What does a Client Services Supervisor do at Rainstorm Direct?

  • Assist in growing integrated video campaigns (TV, CTV and OLV) with day-to-day account management and needs.
  • Understand client’s goals and objectives and collaborate effectively with our integrated planning, buying and analytics teams to drive business growth and outcomes.
  • Assist with reporting internally and externally and track decisions and action items.
  • Serve as backup to Account leader in client-facing discussions.
  • Monitor campaign performance and assist with reporting results.
  • Develop weekly summaries for clients and campaign briefs.
  • Assist with proformas, budgets, pacing, invoices, reconciliation, and financial reporting and connect performance and KPIs to client goals identifying risks and opportunities.
  • Build and maintain client flowcharts and timelines to ensure projects and campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and follow-through.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and team brainstorming.
  • Support new business, retention, and account growth.
  • Assist with research initiatives both from an audience development standpoint and competitive landscape.
  • Review work for accuracy, quality, and client readiness.

What makes a great Client Services Supervisor at Rainstorm Direct?

  • 2-3+ years of client-facing advertising experience, ideally supporting DTC brands in direct response (DR) marketing and performance-based converged video strategies.
  • Linear or DRTV agency experience required. Converged video (CTV and OLV) experience preferred.
  • Ability to support clients, lead meetings, and translate data into clear takeaways.
  • Strong grasp of KPIs, performance, pacing, budgets, proformas, invoicing, and reconciliation.
  • Strong communication, presentation, service, analytical, and project-management skills.
  • Ability to review work, flag issues, escalate needs, and collaborate across teams.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, CRM, SharePoint, and project tools.
  • Strong client communication, presentation and responsiveness.
  • A desire to grow within the organization, in particular within the Client Services dept managing accts solo in the future.
  • Accurate pacing, forecasting, reconciliation, and financial reporting.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment, working with multiple in-house teams.
  • Willingness to go above and beyond for needs including travel when necessary and some extended workdays.

Target Base Salary: $77k-$96k/year

  • Base salary is determined by a wide range of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, job duties, and needs of the business. Base salary is one part of our total compensation package, which includes benefits, perks, and profit-sharing.
