TransAction Associates is seeking a Client Services Specialist to play a key role in supporting and delivering transportation and mobility programs and initiatives for employers, municipalities, nonprofit transportation management associations, property owners and developers, and other clients. The person in this role will work closely with the consulting team and will serve as a primary point of contact for assigned programs. In addition, they will oversee project
implementation, track and evaluate analyze program performance, develop engagement and communication strategies, and provide recommendations that help clients improve mobility, accessibility, and sustainability outcomes. This role requires strong project management, client relationship, communications, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Employment Type: Full-Time
Work Schedule: Primarily standard business hours, with occasional evenings and weekends required for public engagement, community events, and meetings.
Location: Hybrid; in-person work typically averages 2–3 days per week, with additional on-site meetings or events as needed
