Join Our Team: Veterinary Receptionist (Animal Lovers Wanted!)

We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and animal-loving Veterinary Receptionist to be the first warm smile our clients see when they walk through the door. If you're passionate about customer service and enjoy working in an environment surrounded by animals, this could be the perfect role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and their pets with a warm, welcoming attitude
  • Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage the booking system with efficiency
  • Process payments and ensure accurate client records are maintained
  • Assist with client inquiries, follow-ups, and reminders in a helpful and timely manner
  • Work closely with our veterinary team to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Keep the reception area tidy, organized, and inviting for clients and their pets

Additional Details:

  • Eligibility for Health Benefits begins after 30 hours per week
  • Salary $17 - $18 per hour (based on experience)
  • Pay Frequency Bi-weekly
  • Schedule Varied weekly schedule, including mornings, evenings, and weekends. We aim to honor shift preferences to maintain a healthy work-life balance!

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience At least 1 year of customer service experience (vet experience a plus, but not required!)
  • Education High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
  • Skills Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for providing excellent customer service
  • Age Requirement Must be 18 years or older

We do require a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
