
1. Leads the coordination across internal teams and may act as a key contact with external vendors to solve multi-team problems. Facilitates dialogue on systems or operational issues and enhancements with internal colleagues. Applies in-depth knowledge of compliance, regulatory and departmental policies and procedures in developing operational solutions.
2. Identifies processing and workflow issues or trends. Assists in evaluating the effectiveness of department operations by analyzing metrics and trends.
3. Maintains internal partner and vendor relationships, provides status updates on issues and coordinates all projects related to investments. Maintains communications channels.
4. Prepares reports and communicates with managers regarding quality, volumes, and additional metrics.Documents and communicates effectiveness of various processes, workflows, and operations. Makes recommendations to enhance effectiveness and/or remain compliant with regulatory changes.
5. Serves as subject matter expert for assigned operational processes, with an understanding of regulatory and operational control implications and impact to external clients. Coaches and trains team members on processes, procedures, and quality standards.
6. Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
