Job Description

About the role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Administration officer to join our beautiful Mitchell office with 40+ employees on site. Working with a national administration team to support business functions. This is a full time position working Monday – Friday.

Your Duties:

  • Managing Incoming telephone enquiries
  • Managing bookings and rescheduling for NDIS services
  • Front of house duties for the office, greeting clients & customers
  • Allocating new referrals to appropriate clinicians based on experience, location and skill set
  • Ownership of site presentation, cleanliness and events preparation
  • Completing site audits as required
  • Creating and updating electronic records for existing clients
  • Assisting with reporting as required
  • Other additional administration duties as required

Role requirements:

  • Administration and/or reception experience (desired, but not essential)
  • Previous Health knowledge (desired, but not essential)
  • Focus on providing exceptional customer service
  • Exceptional communication skills with internal & external stakeholders
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Willing to undergo a National Police Check
  • Hold a or be willing to obtain Working with Children or Vulnerable Person check
