Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Client Services Officer to join our Accounting & Tax team in Stawell. This is a pivotal role suited to a highly motivated professional who takes pride in delivering exceptional client service support.

Your role, your contribution!
• Liaising with advisors, partners and team members to support efficient and high-quality client outcomes.
• Managing a broad range of administrative tasks, including lodging tax returns, handling ATO correspondence and coordinating office supplies.
• Supporting client data management processes, including collating financial statements and tax returns, invoicing, WIP management, liaising with the ATO on various matters and document management.

What you bring to the role:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong multitasking and time management abilities
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
