We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Client Services Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded. The Client Services Officer will work closely with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our services
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to clients
• Manage client accounts, including processing orders, invoicing, and tracking payments
• Conduct regular client satisfaction surveys and provide feedback to management
• Identify opportunities to improve client services and make recommendations to management
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a customer service or client-facing role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Experience in the industry is a plus
