Career Opportunity: Client Services Manager - Sofia Office

Join our team in Sofia and embark on a journey where you'll gain unique insights into alternative investment funds and diverse investment structures. This role offers a panoramic view of financial reporting and business intelligence, enriching your professional perspective.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Oversight: Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, budgets, and cash flow projections.

Service Provider Liaison: Review and coordinate with external service providers, ensuring alignment with client objectives.

Client Structure Mastery: Acquire comprehensive knowledge of client structures, including shareholders, transactions, tax frameworks, and activities.

Compliance and Coordination: Ensure adherence to client reporting standards, coordinate client meetings, and manage deliverables efficiently.

Audit and Legal Collaboration: Facilitate smooth audits and work closely with corporate tax advisors and legal teams for local compliance.

Reporting Framework Expertise: Develop proficiency in IFRS, US GAAP, INREV, and LUX GAAP.

Team Leadership: Guide and develop team members, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality deliverables. Act as a mentor and set clear objectives.

Your Profile:

Educational Background: University degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.

Professional Experience: Minimum of 7 years in accounting, preferably with Big 4 or international financial service exposure. Experience with Real Estate/Private Equity structures is valued.

Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of IFRS and experience with consolidated financial statements. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software.

Communication: Excellent command of English, both written and spoken. Additional languages are a plus.

Analytical Abilities: Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and logical thinking skills.

Adaptability: Capable of working under pressure, meeting tight deadlines, and multitasking in a dynamic environment.
