BAYADA is seeking a confident, solutions-oriented Client Services Manager for our Blue Bell, PA Habilitation Office
This role is ideal for someone who can think independently and lead with sound judgment in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for a strong operator who knows how to solve problems, hold boundaries, and keep services moving forward.
Coordinate day-to-day client services and staffing needs
Manage urgent scheduling issues and changes in the field
Partner with office and field teams to support high-quality service delivery
Build strong relationships with clients, families, staff, and community partners
Monitor caseload performance, authorizations, and key operational metrics
Address challenges directly, make decisions independently, and drive solutions
Bachelor’s degree
Strong communication, judgment, and decision-making skills
Experience in service coordination, staffing, operations, healthcare, home care, or another fast-paced people-focused setting preferred
IDD experience preferred, but not required
Supervisory or leadership experience is a plus
Strong computer skills required
Teachable and open to feedback
Able to operate independently without constant direction
Calm under pressure and effective in difficult situations
Focused on accountability, problem-solving, and follow-through
Weekly pay
Monday-Friday schedule
