Job Description

We are seeking a Client Services Manager to oversee client relationships, service delivery standards, and issue resolution across a professional business environment. This role is ideal for someone who can build trusted client relationships while also improving internal coordination, reporting, and service consistency. You will act as a key link between clients and internal teams, ensuring expectations are clear, actions are followed through, and service quality remains high.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day client relationships, ensuring service expectations, deliverables, and communication standards are consistently met
  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, handling queries, escalations, updates, and service reviews
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues, track actions, and ensure timely delivery of commitments
  • Prepare client reports, meeting materials, service updates, and performance summaries
  • Monitor client satisfaction, identify recurring service issues, and recommend improvements
  • Support onboarding of new clients, including documentation, process alignment, timelines, and internal handovers
  • Maintain accurate client records, service agreements, communication history, and action logs
  • Partner with commercial, operations, finance, legal, and compliance teams to support client requirements
  • Identify opportunities to improve client processes, reporting quality, and internal service coordination
  • Escalate risks, delays, or relationship concerns to leadership with clear recommendations

Responsabilités principales

  • Gérer les relations clients au quotidien, en veillant au respect des attentes de service, des livrables et des standards de communication
  • Agir comme point de contact principal pour les clients assignés, en traitant les demandes, escalades, mises à jour et revues de service
  • Coordonner avec les équipes internes pour résoudre les problèmes clients, suivre les actions et garantir la livraison dans les délais
  • Préparer les rapports clients, supports de réunion, mises à jour de service et synthèses de performance
  • Suivre la satisfaction client, identifier les problématiques récurrentes et recommander des améliorations
  • Soutenir l’intégration de nouveaux clients, y compris la documentation, l’alignement des processus, les calendriers et les passations internes
  • Maintenir des dossiers clients exacts, les accords de service, l’historique des communications et les journaux d’actions
  • Collaborer avec les équipes commerciale, opérations, finance, juridique et conformité pour répondre aux besoins clients
  • Identifier les opportunités d’amélioration des processus clients, de la qualité du reporting et de la coordination interne
  • Escalader les risques, retards ou préoccupations relationnelles à la direction avec des recommandations claires

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Client Services, Communications, Management, or a related discipline
  • Fluent in English and French, written and verbal
  • Strong experience in client services, account management, relationship management, or service delivery
  • Proven ability to manage client expectations and resolve issues professionally
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with senior stakeholders and internal teams
  • Strong organizational skills with good attention to detail and follow-through
  • Experience preparing reports, service updates, meeting notes, and client-facing documentation
  • Comfortable working fully on-site in a fast-paced professional environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a regulated, financial, professional services, or international business environment
  • Exposure to service-level agreements, client onboarding, or account governance processes
  • Experience working with CRM systems, reporting tools, or client service platforms
  • Prior experience supporting complex or high-value client relationships
  • Ability to identify service improvement opportunities and support implementation

Exigences

  • Diplôme en administration des affaires, services clients, communication, management ou domaine connexe
  • Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, à l’écrit comme à l’oral
  • Solide expérience en services clients, account management, gestion de relations ou service delivery
  • Capacité démontrée à gérer les attentes clients et à résoudre les problèmes avec professionnalisme
  • Excellentes compétences en communication, avec la capacité de travailler avec des parties prenantes seniors et des équipes internes
  • Solides compétences organisationnelles, avec une forte attention aux détails et un excellent suivi
  • Expérience dans la préparation de rapports, mises à jour de service, comptes rendus et documents destinés aux clients
  • Capacité à travailler pleinement en présentiel dans un environnement professionnel dynamique

Qualifications souhaitées

  • Expérience dans un environnement réglementé, financier, services professionnels ou international
  • Exposition aux accords de niveau de service, à l’intégration client ou aux processus de gouvernance de comptes
  • Expérience avec des CRM, outils de reporting ou plateformes de services clients
  • Expérience préalable dans le soutien à des relations clients complexes ou à forte valeur
  • Capacité à identifier des opportunités d’amélioration du service et à soutenir leur mise en œuvre

Benefits

  • Base Salary: €55,000 to €80,000 gross per annum, commensurate with experience
  • Leave: 25 days paid annual leave in line with French statutory entitlements, plus RTT days applicable to the role
