This position is located at Biochrom an affiliate of Harvard Bioscience, a long-established global company that has been developing scientific and is in Cambridge, United Kingdom.
THE OPPORTUNITY As part of this global organization, the client services function plays a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient order processing, accurate communication, and excellent customer support and will office in our Cambridge, UK office.
Reporting to the Manager, Client Services EMEA, the Client Services Coordinator is responsible for the complete handling of incoming customer orders and related administrative processes. The role will cover all activities involved in the receipt and processing of customer orders, ensuring they are managed efficiently, accurately, and in alignment with internal procedures. Using the Company's ERP system, the coordinator ensures timely, error-free order processing to support a seamless customer experience.
