+MORE Group is a network of independently owned accounting and advisory firms across New Zealand. We’re looking for a part-time Client Services Coordinator (27 hours per week) to join the team at Grace Team +MORE in Tauranga

This is a varied, hands-on role and a great fit if you enjoy organisation, problem-solving, and supporting a team behind the scenes. You’ll play an important part in keeping client work on track while supporting a portfolio of clients and helping ensure everything runs smoothly. You’ll work closely with your team, gaining exposure to workflow coordination, client services, and administrative processes within a professional services environment.

The hours for this role are Monday to Wednesday: 1:00pm - 5:00pm, Thursday to Friday: 8:30am - 5:00pm.

What you’ll be doing

In this role, you’ll:

  • Monitor workflow deadlines and help ensure key targets are met
  • Identify risks or bottlenecks and support solutions to keep work on track
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders to keep everyone informed and aligned
  • Support client setup and maintain accurate records across systems including Xero and internal databases
  • Assist with invoicing, WIP management, and debt collection where required
  • Communicate with clients to resolve queries and gather information
  • Support tax administration processes, including managing correspondence, monitoring obligations, and preparing documentation
  • Load and manage jobs with the outsource team, responding to queries and tracking progress
  • Provide general office and administrative support, including reception and meeting coordination

What you’ll bring

  • Experience in administration, client services, or a similar coordination role
  • Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • Confidence communicating with both internal teams and clients
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfort using systems (or the ability to pick them up quickly) such as Xero or similar tools
  • A positive, team-focused attitude

Why join +MORE?

At +MORE, you’ll be part of a values-led group that genuinely cares about its people. We value Together, Impact, Agility, Improve and Enjoy, and we work hard to live these every day.

We offer:

  • A supportive, collaborative team environment
  • Opportunities to grow and develop your skills
  • Variety in your work and exposure across different areas of the business
  • The chance to make a real difference in a growing team

If you’re looking for a role where you can make an impact and help keep things running behind the scenes, we’d love to hear from you.
