Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Client Services Coordinator to join our GenPhysio Client Services Team!

At Gen Physio, we provide mobile, community-based allied health services to clients in settings such as homes, schools, childcare centres, and aged care facilities. Our multidisciplinary team delivers personalised care across Physiotherapy, Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Podiatry, and Dietetics.

In this role, you will coordinate and schedule appointments for our clinicians, respond to client enquiries, and follow established processes to ensure clients are matched with the appropriate clinician. You will play a key role in delivering a smooth and positive experience for clients from first contact through to ongoing bookings, requiring strong attention to detail, organisation, and a friendly, professional approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule client appointments in line with clinician availability, service type, and location
  • Provide friendly, professional customer service via phone and live chat
  • Manage client enquiries and tickets, ensuring tasks are prioritised and actioned in a timely manner
  • Support clients with bookings, general enquiries, and basic issue resolution
  • Assist with administrative tasks and support the broader Client Services team as required

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in an administrative or customer service role
  • Comfortable and confident communicating with clients over the phone in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with NDIS or Support at Home desirable but not essential
