We are looking for a proactive, well-spoken, and tech-savvy individual to join our growing team as a Client Services Coordinator.
This role involves speaking with customers, following up with inquiries, processing applications, keeping records updated, and assisting with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.
The ideal candidate is someone who learns quickly, communicates professionally, takes initiative, and enjoys working with people.
Key Responsibilities
Speak with customers and assist them throughout the application process
Follow up with leads and existing customers professionally
Process applications and maintain accurate records
Assist with tracking customer accounts and related information
Keep internal systems and documentation organized and up to date
Support daily administrative and operational tasks
Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth workflows
Provide excellent customer service and communication
Requirements
Excellent spoken and written English
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional and friendly phone manner
Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems quickly
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to take initiative and work independently
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work EST timezones - this is a full EST based role
Nice to Have
Previous experience in administration, customer service, operations, or a client-facing role
Experience working with customers over phone and email
Familiarity with CRM or administrative systems
