At Heffron, our Client Services Consultants are the first point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders across the business. This is a varied and fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You’ll play an important part in delivering a great client experience, supporting internal teams, and helping clients understand the products and services we offer.
About the role
Reporting to the Client Services Manager, the Client Services Consultant is responsible for providing exceptional customer-first support across Heffron. Acting as a key triage point for inbound enquiries,
you’ll respond to a broad range of client queries, provide information on our services, and identify opportunities to connect clients with additional products and support.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building knowledge, working across a range of systems and processes, and becoming a trusted source of support in a complex and evolving business environment.
You’ll also contribute to continuous improvement, new product and service initiatives, and broader business change activities.

This position is available on a full-time basis and remuneration is based on skills and experience.
