Job Description

At KFH we are looking for a Client Services Consultant to join our Client Services team in Wimbledon.

What’s the role?

Using our databases you'll review past valuations and qualify potential clients to secure high-quality valuation appointments for our branch network across London.

Working closely with our Branch Directors you will be integral in growing our market share in Sales and Lettings.

Key tasks will involve:

  • Reviewing past valuations and withdrawn stock databases
  • Qualifying potential clients and scheduling valuation appointments
  • Recording activity on database software
  • Delivering high standards of customer service
  • Initiating contact with past buyers and following up on commitments

What can you bring to the role?

  • A track record of success in a telephone sales role in estate agency or a similar industry
  • Strong rapport-building and qualification skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Resilience, professionalism, and a positive attitude
  • Strong commercial focus and ability to meet KPIs
