What will you do?

We are looking for a vibrant, tenacious, determined individual into a Business Agent role to:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, chats and other queries from clients, brokers, or internal stakeholders.
• Resolve client queries timeously and accurately, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Educate clients on policy details, cover options, and processes.
• Maintain a polite, empathetic, and professional tone at all times.
• Ensure data is accurately captured and updated in the system.
• Assist with generally policy changes. Removing and adding of additional items.
• Upsell on relevant products based on your needs analysis.

Minimum Qualification Required

• Grade 12/Standard 10/NQF 4
• Financial Services Board Regulatory Exams (RE5) completed

Minimum Experience

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in the STI industry

• Excellent knowledge of Miway Business products and systems
• Excellent experience on TIA/MIA accounts
• Knowledge of the Collections Queues and Processes
• Must be highly proficient in dealing with clients at all levels
