About the Job 

Looking to start your career in a fast-paced, high-velocity commercial role? If so, our Client Services team is the right place for you. 

You will join as part of a dedicated onboarding cohort, starting your journey with two weeks of structured training and enablement designed to equip you with the tools, platform knowledge, and confidence you need before managing active client projects. 

As a Client Services Associate, you’ll act as the link between our clients and the expert knowledge they seek. You will manage multiple parallel workstreams from dealmakers, strategists, and consultants at top-tier organizations, understanding the expertise required, mapping complex industries, and engaging professionals before presenting them to the client. The role is highly client-focused, fast-paced, and results-driven. You will balance multiple live requests at once, communicate daily across industries, and execute with speed, precision, and strong commercial judgment. 

What is an Associate? 

Working closely with the Client Services Manager, you will take full ownership of client requests from the initial brief through to identifying, engaging, and qualifying relevant experts. Success requires moving quickly, adapting seamlessly when priorities pivot, and managing multiple projects effectively while delivering an exceptional standard of service. 

Your key responsibilities will include: 

• Understand Client Needs: Understand client briefs, project objectives, and required expertise. Build enough commercial and market context quickly to effectively identify and target the right professionals. 
• Identify the Right Experts: Leverage proSapient’s proprietary AI-powered platform, professional networks, and advanced sourcing channels to map industry value chains and surface top-tier experts. 
• Engage and Qualify Experts: Spend a significant part of your day conducting outbound outreach via phone, email, and messaging. Ask targeted, probing questions to assess suitability and secure critical insights. 
• Manage Client Projects: Balance multiple live requests, competing deadlines, and shifting priorities with urgency, composure under pressure, and strict attention to detail. 
• Build Professional Relationships: Communicate with senior professionals across industries, developing the executive presence, persuasion, and relationship-building skills required to succeed. 
• Deliver Results: Take absolute ownership of your individual targets and project outcomes, capitalizing on our uncapped commission structure to drive your earnings and promotion. 

What the job is really like: 

Be ready for a high-volume outbound environment where experts you contact won't reply, and some who agree will cancel. Clients often need experts within hours, not days. You will constantly pivot across multiple fast-moving research projects, and you will carry a clear, visible number every single month. This role is built for people who treat rejection as feedback and thrive when the pace picks up.

• Demonstrate strong communication and outbound execution: Confident on the phone and skilled in written communication, with the presence needed to clearly explain a client brief and engage diverse experts. 
• Are driven by measurable goals, competitive performance metrics, and taking complete ownership of your individual output. 
• Have started or built something of your own, such as a club, side business, project, or initiative that would not exist without your involvement. 
• Have a track record of competing and winning, whether in sport, sales, academics, or another performance-driven environment. 
• Possess strong cognitive agility and intellectual curiosity—you love learning about new industries and can rapidly grasp unfamiliar business topics. 
• Excel at prioritization and execution, keeping a sharp eye on detail even while multi-tasking across fast-moving workstreams. 
• Demonstrate high resilience and adaptability when priorities change or challenges arise. 
• Want direct, frequent feedback and act on it quickly.
