Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service and building strong client relationships? We are looking for a professional, proactive and organised Client Services Associate to join our team at Buckles.

As a Client Services Associate, you will play an important role in shaping the client experience, acting as the first point of contact for many of our clients, you will manage new enquiries, support the onboarding process and work closely with our legal and compliance teams to ensure a seamless and professional service.

This opportunity would suit someone with previous experience delivering excellent customer service, whether face-to-face or over the telephone, who enjoys building relationships and working in a professional, fast-paced environment.

You’ll be responsible for:

Client Engagement & Administration

• Act as the first point of contact for new and returning clients, managing enquiries and supporting the initial engagement process.
• Build strong client relationships, delivering consistently high standards of service.
• Coordinate appointments and ensure the smooth flow of documents and information across the firm.
• Manage website enquiries, directing new matters to the appropriate teams and ensuring timely follow-up.
• Monitor and progress enquiries to deliver a seamless client experience.

Client Services & Compliance

• Conduct initial consultations, complete conflict checks and gather accurate information ahead of meetings.
• Guide clients through onboarding, including collecting Know Your Client documentation and supporting paperwork.
• Complete file opening procedures for designated departments, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Review client documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory and Anti-Money Laundering requirements.
• Work closely with the Compliance team to ensure adherence to firm policies and regulatory obligations.

Data Management & Process Improvement

• Accurately capture and maintain client data within the firm’s systems.
• Understand client service processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and service delivery.
• Contribute ideas and suggestions to continuously enhance the client experience.

What we’re looking for

We are looking for someone who is professional, proactive, and passionate about delivering excellent client service. You will be confident communicating with a wide range of people, highly organised, and able to manage competing priorities effectively.

You’ll have:

• Previous experience delivering a high standard of customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• The ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using CRM or case management systems would be advantageous.
