What You'll Do as a Client Services Associate:

  • Prepare & process new accounts and ongoing account updates (RMDs, QCDs, transfers, beneficiary changes, and related transactions) and other administrative support, without providing financial advice.
  • Monitor Schwab alerts, daily reports, and account activity to ensure timely and accurate processing.
  • Process and track incoming transfers, checks, and deposits
  • Communicate with clients to gather required documentation and guide them through the paperwork process.
  • Set up & maintain accounts in financial systems, including online access and paperless delivery.
  • Maintain organized electronic client files and update CRM records.
  • Partner with the Wealth Advisor and Wealth Advisor Assistant to support client relationships and team priorities.

Our Ideal Client Services Associate:

  • Experienced: At least 2 years of administrative experience required. 1-2 years of financial services experience (broker/dealer, bank, or similar) preferred. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office required.
  • Communicative: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
  • Organized: Highly detail-oriented with strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with consistent follow-through.
  • Analytical: Approaches paperwork, account issues, and system alerts with sound judgment and problem-solving ability.
  • Tenacious: Enjoys completing tasks, staying on top of client needs, and following items through to resolution.
  • Trustworthy: Able and willing to successfully complete a background check and credit check in accordance with applicable laws.

What We Offer Our Client Services Associate:

  • Full-time, Monday-Thursday 8:00 AM-4:30 PM and Friday 8:00 AM-4:00 PM
  • $53,000 - $63,000/year, depending on experience
