Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations for a diverse portfolio of client companies, ensuring top-notch service delivery.
• Engage with clients, auditors, banks, and other stakeholders, building strong, professional relationships.
• Perform accurate bookkeeping and account reconciliations, maintaining impeccable financial records.
• Prepare and administer financial statements and consolidated accounts, adhering to regulatory standards.
• Lead the preparation and review of insightful management reports, corporate tax filings, and VAT returns.
• Draft essential corporate/legal documentation, contributing to exemplary corporate governance.

Candidate Profile:

• At least 3-4 years of relevant experience in accounting, with a background in company domiciliation or fiduciary services preferred.
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
• Fluent in Spanish, with additional language skills considered a valuable asset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with various accounting software.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and proactive problem-solving skills.
