  • Support onboarding activities for new client accounts and plan transitions, assisting in data collection, setup, and testing as needed.
  • Participate in team initiatives to streamline service workflows, enhance client satisfaction, and reinforce compliance best practices.
  • May perform other duties/responsibilities as needed or assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 1+ years of experience in financial services, retirement plan administration, or client account support.
  • Working knowledge or interest in retirement plans (401(k), 403(b), defined benefit, etc.) and related regulations (ERISA, IRS, DOL).
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills with attention to accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM or recordkeeping systems.
  • Customer focus and relationship building
  • Client service orientation and professional communication
  • Strong attention to detail with commitment to data integrity
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment
  • Collaboration across teams and functional areas
  • Problem-solving and willingness to learn complex financial processes
  • Adherence to compliance, confidentiality, and ethical standards
