Your area of work

As a Client Service Representative, you will be at the heart of the client experience, ensuring the smooth operation and adoption of FundsDLT's innovative fund distribution platform. Acting as a trusted partner to our clients, you will support their daily activities, contribute to onboarding and migration projects, and help optimize operational processes. You will work closely with clients and internal stakeholders in a fast-paced fintech environment that combines blockchain technology and modern digital infrastructure to transform the investment fund industry.

Your responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted partner for clients.
  • Develop expertise in the FundsDLT platform and provide guidance on its functionalities and operational workflows.
  • Monitor daily platform activities and ensure compliance with agreed service levels and operational standards.
  • Manage client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support transaction processing, reconciliation activities, and reporting delivery.
  • Analyze client feedback and operational data to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve incidents, enhance processes, and improve client satisfaction.
  • Support onboarding, migration, testing, and implementation activities for new and existing clients.

Your profile

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 1 to 4 years of professional experience in client service, operations, onboarding, or support within financial services.
  • Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.
  • Strong client-service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to quickly understand complex platforms, technologies, and operational processes.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Previous exposure to the investment fund industry, client onboarding, migrations, or fintech solutions is considered an asset.
