Animal Emergency Clinic of the High Country is Hiring a Part-Time Client Service Representative!

Position Details

  • Role: Client Service Representative (CSR)
  • Status: Part-time
  • Salary: Negotiable and based on experience
  • Schedule: Primarily nights and weekends

Are you calm under pressure, organized, and great with people—even during emotional situations? Our busy 24/7 Animal Emergency Clinic is looking for a Part-Time Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our team!

This position is primarily evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays, supporting our medical team while helping pet owners during some of the most stressful moments they experience. If you are compassionate, professional, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would love to meet you.

What You'll Do

As a CSR, you are the first point of contact for our clients and patients. Your role is essential in helping the clinic run smoothly. Responsibilities include:

  • Greeting and checking clients in and out
  • Answering and managing incoming phone calls
  • Processing payments and handling cash/credit transactions
  • Entering and managing information in our computer system
  • Scanning and organizing medical documents
  • Communicating with doctors and technicians on the clinic floor
  • Providing calm, compassionate support to pet owners during stressful situations

  • Professional and compassionate with clients
  • Comfortable working with the public during emotional situations
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Reliable and able to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
  • Confident handling financial transactions
  • A strong communicator who works well with a team
