We are seeking a reliable and personable Part-Time Client Service Representative to join our fast-paced veterinary clinic. This role is the first point of contact for our clients and plays a critical role in creating a positive, efficient experience for both pets and their owners.

Schedule:Part-time, with evening and/or weekend availability required
Pay: $14 - $18
What You’ll Do:
Greet clients and patients with professionalism and warmth
Answer high-volume phone calls and schedule appointments efficiently
Check clients in and out, process payments, and manage medical records
Communicate clearly with doctors and technicians to support patient flow
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
What We’re Looking For:
Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and customer service skills
Attention to detail and accuracy with scheduling and payments
Dependability—attendance and punctuality are critical in this role
Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to jump in where needed
Bonus (Not Required but Preferred):
Previous veterinary or medical front desk experience
Familiarity with scheduling software and multi-line phone systems
