Working under direct supervision, the Client Service Representative – Alternatives (CSR) is an entry-level position responsible for enhancing BBH’s Alternative Client Service offering for internal stakeholders. The individual focuses on business implementation requests and automation initiatives, leveraging collaboration tools (JIRA) and automation platforms (Alteryx, agentic AI) to support Alts product offerings for assigned client relationships. The CSR will assist senior team members with automation implementation oversight, project support, new technology adoption, and analytical work to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Automation & Process Improvement

  • Support the development and implementation of automation solutions using tools such as Alteryx and Agentic AI to streamline operational workflows
  • Identify manual, repetitive, and time-intensive processes and assist in designing automated solutions to improve efficiency and reduce operational risk
  • Leverage automation to:
    • Reduce manual data entry and reconciliation efforts
    • Improve turnaround time for client service requests and reporting deliverables
    • Enhance data accuracy and consistency across systems
  • Assist in building and maintaining automated workflows, including data pipelines, reporting processes, and task triggers
  • Utilize Agentic AI and other AI-assisted tools to accelerate documentation, analysis, and communication tasks
  • Monitor and validate automation outputs to ensure accuracy, completeness, and reliability of results
  • Partner with senior team members to test, optimize, and continuously improve automation solutions
  • Document automation logic, workflows, and process changes to ensure transparency, scalability, and knowledge sharing across the team
  • Track efficiency gains and performance improvements associated with automation initiatives (e.g., time saved, process cycle reduction)
  • Support the broader team’s adoption of automation tools by sharing knowledge, best practices, and assisting with onboarding efforts

Technical Skills

  • Familiarity with or interest in automation tools (e.g., Alteryx, Agentic AI, Power Platform)
  • Experience with collaboration and workflow tools such as JIRA or similar platforms
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with data analysis tools is a plus

Salary Range

Boston: $45,000 - $60,000 + annual performance bonus

The anticipated base salary range(s) shown above are only for the indicated location(s) and may differ in other locations due to cost of living and labor considerations. Base salaries may vary based on factors such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.
