- The Client Service Representative at Clayton Child Care Inc is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to clients and families. This role involves managing client inquiries, providing information about services, and ensuring a positive experience for all stakeholders. The position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate information and assistance.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve client issues and improve service delivery.
- Assist in the coordination of client services, including scheduling appointments and managing client accounts.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company policies and service offerings.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of client service processes and strategies.

Required Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field preferred.

Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably within a childcare or educational setting.
- Proven track record of effectively managing client relationships and resolving customer issues.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong ability to interact with diverse groups of people.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in challenging situations.
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
