Our Consumer Goods Division is dedicated to helping brands, retailers and manufacturers worldwide deliver safe, quality and ethically made products to their consumers. Every day at work, our inspectors, auditors, and lab techs use their expertise to help safeguard the products you use every day in your home: from clothes and footwear to toys and baby products, to electronics, appliances, and furniture.

Customer Service & Project Coordination

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding TIC services, including service scope, pricing, lead time, test assigning, and scheduling.
  • Prepare quotations and process service requests based on customer requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, handle customer complaints or service issues professionally and escalate when necessary.
  • Monitor project progress and keep customers informed of the service status, delays, or additional requirements.

Report Management & Customer Support

  • Review inspection and audit reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with QIMA requirements before releasing them to customers.
  • Follow up with inspectors and auditors to clarify findings or request report revisions
  • Issue final reports to customers within the agreed turnaround time and maintain accurate service records.

Handle ad-hoc assignments as required.

Qualifications

  • Diploma/degree holder in any discipline (though Science, Engineering, or another technical discipline will be a plus).
  • 6 months+ of working experience in Customer-Related roles
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Vietnamese
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Good coordination and multitasking ability.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Self-initiated, independent, and a good team player.
