Dauphin County Domestic Relations is currently accepting applications for the full-time, day shift position Client Service Representative. An employee in this position provides front line service to clients, other agencies, and representatives in person and by telephone. Job duties include providing resolutions to client concerns by answering questions, trouble shooting, and researching case specific inquires; utilizing the statewide computerized child support database to conduct client interviews to gather pertinent information for support complaints; schedules interviews and conferences; updates client information; accepts and processes payments using established office policies and procedures; and reviews and processes other state and county orders. Ensures adherence to the standards and schedules prescribed by Federal, State and County authorities.
EDUCTATION/TRAINING:
High School Diploma or equivalent and
WORK EXPERIENCE:
3 years’ experience in client service environment to include computer experience, and a concentration on client interaction and customer service.
The starting hourly rate is $18.74/$38,979 annually.
