We are hiring a Client Service Representative (CSR) to serve as the primary point of contact for our clients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and ensuring clients receive outstanding service from start to finish.
The Role
As a CSR, you are the face of Avalon You will interact directly with clients, manage projects from intake through delivery, and ensure every job is completed accurately and on time. You will also identify opportunities to support client needs and contribute to revenue through quoting and upselling services.
