(Think: coworkers who actually help when you’re swamped, and a management team that truly listens.)We’re looking for a part-time or full-time Client Service Representative who loves connecting with people, isn’t thrown off by a barking chorus now and then, and finds satisfaction in making each visit a great experience from start to finish.What you’ll be doing:
Greeting clients (and their adorable sidekicks) with warmth, empathy, and efficiency
Managing calls, appointments, and the occasional “my cat ate what?” situation
Helping pet parents understand estimates, invoices, and care plans
Keeping the front desk area tidy and organized (because chaos management is your superpower)
Supporting your teammates — we’re big on collaboration around here
What we’re looking for:
Prior experience in a veterinary or medical setting is a plus
Strong multitasking and communication skills
Comfort with computers and front desk systems
A friendly, patient, professional attitude — especially under pressure
A team player who can keep smiling even on the busiest days
