
Overnight Client Service Representative
Compensation: $20.00–$24.00 per hour
We are looking for motivated, dependable, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Client Service Representative. If you are goal-oriented, take initiative, show up on time, and are eager to learn and grow, we’d love to meet you.

As the first point of contact for our clients, you will:
Greet clients and their pets warmly and professionally
Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
Guide clients and pets to exam rooms
Follow up with clients and reach out to new or prospective clients
Explain treatment plans, invoices, and payment options clearly
Help clients with prescriptions and enrolling in our online pharmacy services
Answer general pet care questions (non-medical topics like flea prevention, house training, etc.)
Keep medical records organized and up to date
Help keep the hospital clean, safe, and welcoming (inside and outside)
Goal-oriented and self-motivated individuals
Punctual, reliable, and responsible
Friendly, professional, and confident communicating with clients
Willing to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable multitasking and staying organized
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
