JOB PURPOSE

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Client Services Product Owner Intern to support the development and continuous improvement of our Client Services platform. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Product Owner and cross-functional teams to gather business requirements, maintain key documentation, and support the preparation of materials for stakeholder updates. This internship is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to grow in digital product management and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support Client Service Product Owner in requirement collection, user story preparation and backlog refinement.
  • Contribute to the preparation of materials for stakeholder meetings’ including roadmap and status updates, feature overviews, and other communication touchpoints.
  • Maintain and update process-related documentation.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, IT, UX/UI, and Business teams.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

Master’s degree in a STEM-related field would be considered a plus.

Strong interest in digital product development and client-focused platforms.

Basic understanding of Agile methodologies and product management practices.

Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.

Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to collaborate within cross-functional teams.

Proficiency with productivity tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office).

Familiarity with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) is a plus.

Good proficiency in English (written and spoken).
