We're currently looking for a Client Service Manager to support our growing operations in the Fund Administration department. This is a permanent role based in Luxembourg and comes with a favourable salary and benefits package.

As a Client Service Manager here are some of your key responsibilities:

  • Review and oversight of Net Asset Valuation (NAV) calculation for a variety of Closed Ended fund structures, ensuring their accuracy and compliance with Apex procedures.

  • Undertaking full responsibility of a client relationship regarding accounting deliverables

  • Managing client queries throughout the lifecycle of the fund, from onboarding to ongoing operations, and coordination of issue resolution in collaboration with internal operational teams

  • Arranging the production of accounting deliverables for a diverse portfolio of the company's clients (Regulated and unregulated structures such as RAIF, SIF, SICAV, SCSP, SiCAR under LUX GAAP/IFRS)

  • Ensuring robust follow-up on audit processes, regulatory reporting, and adherence to Luxembourg laws applicable to fund administration.

  • Preparing and/or assisting the operational teams in the preparation of complex calculations in accordance with the fund documentation

  • Overseeing ancillary processes such as invoicing, payments & cash reconciliations.

  • Involvement in the production and review of KPIs (internal or external), administration reports, and other similar deliverables.

To apply for this Client Service Manager role, your soft skills, expertise and experience should include:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in fund accounting and/or client service roles within the Luxembourg fund administration industry (experience with private equity funds is a strong advantage).

  • Strong understanding of Luxembourg fund structures, regulatory framework, and accounting standards.

  • Ability to multi-task, well organised and meet deadlines in a busy work environment

  • Working knowledge of Investran and/ Efront is considered an advantage

  • Ability to deal with complex waterfalls and performance fee calculations.

  • Demonstration of strong interpersonal skills, encouraging open communication and teamwork.

  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with confidence in interacting with senior stakeholders.

  • Fluency in English is required

  • ACCA/ACA/CFA/CIMA/CAIA/MBA qualification is a plus
