We have a new opportunity for a Client Service Manager to join our team in Edinburgh. In this role, you will be one of the primary points of contact for clients, responsible for meeting the operational and administrative needs and expectations of a defined portfolio of clients, working in close liaison with relevant colleagues to deliver a consistently excellent standard of client service.
This is a high impact role that is crucial for the maintenance of client satisfaction and client retention. Success in this role will contribute to both the growth and retention of revenue to the UK business, which in turn has a significant positive impact on the Aegon Asset Management group business.
