The opportunity: Client Service Executive – Permanent contract

What you will do:

Reporting directly to the Desk Head, you will provide administrative and client service support to our Private clients. You will be responsible for transmitting and verifying client instructions, as well as proactively fostering a high-quality operational environment for clients with complex and demanding needs.

In this role, you will (but not limited to):

  • Maintain excellent commercial relationships with Private clients.
  • Source, verify and transmit documents to ensure a rapid and smooth account opening process.
  • Liaise with clients and primary account owners to support file regularisation, compliance requirements, and information exchange.
  • Handle and input client trade orders into the bank's private banking system, ensuring all outstanding orders are monitored and completed promptly and accurately.
  • Oversee clients’ time maturities, transfers, deposits, loans, etc.
  • Provide necessary back-up support to Relationship Managers and other Client Service Executives on a daily basis.

You should apply if you have:

  • Previous experience in the banking sector.
  • Clear understanding of key products and services offered in private banking.
  • Strong customer service focus, with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent time management skills, with the capacity to perform effectively under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  • Proficiency in the use of MS Office applications.
  • Good level of English; other languages are an advantage.
