Client Service Consultant (CSC) position serves in a client-facing role, to assist new and existing clients in establishing or maintaining deposit accounts, across the BOKF footprint. The CSC is responsible for compliance with State and Federal regulations, internal policies and procedures and Service Level Agreements.

How You'll Spend Your Time

  • You will serve as the first point of contact for account opening and maintenance requests.
  • You will collect and validate documentation to support regulatory compliance requirements.
  • You will track client interactions and service activities using internal systems.
  • You will prepare account-opening documents and assist with digital banking enrollment.
  • You will create and maintain customer profiles and account records across banking platforms.
  • You will manage account records and coordinate check and debit card order fulfillment.

Education & Experience Requirements

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of an Associate’s Degree in a Business related field (Bachelor’s preferred) and minimum 4-6 years of experience in banking, or an equivalent 8-10 years combination of education and experience. Previous experience with Commercial deposit accounts is preferred.

  • Previous knowledge of:
    • General Banking principals and regulations
    • Deposit account opening for commercial entities
    • Commercial entity documentation
  • CDD/Beneficial Ownership Rules
  • Exceptional Excel and Word experience
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills to effectively represent self and BOKF
  • Exceptional conceptual thinking and analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex problems and provide solutions
  • Strong ability to effectively plan time, method, manner and sequence of assigned work assignments
