About the Opportunity
Step into an instrumental role supporting a dynamic and client-focused wealth management team. Elevation Wealth Partners Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Registered Service Associate (RSA) to join our growing practice.
As an RSA, you will provide proactive support to our advisors and clients, deliver high-quality customer service, manage client relationships, and execute trades. You will follow established procedures for routine tasks while also taking initiative on work with substantial variety and complexity — all with an emphasis on creating and delivering a unique client experience that defines and differentiates our practice.
If you have strong attention to detail, a passion for client service, and a curiosity to continually learn and grow, this role may be the perfect fit for you.

*Up to $150 of additional job board posting fees, such as sponsorship on Indeed or Zip Recruiter
*Create a customizable job application for each position Resume and application review of all candidates
*Coordinate and review 2 assessment tests (cognitive and personality) with the top applicants
*Conduct 30-minute phone interviews with the top applicants
*Schedule and coordinate 3 – 5 face-to-face (or virtual) interviews with the top candidates on your behalf
*Offer interview tips & suggested questions, if needed
*Review top candidates to assist in your hiring decision, if requested
