SPS Global is seeking a professional and service-driven Client Services Associate to support daily office operations and deliver an exceptional workplace experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys staying organized, and takes pride in delivering polished customer service while ensuring operational excellence.
As a Client Services Associate, you will serve as a key point of contact for mail services, print support, office operations, and workplace coordination. Your work directly contributes to the efficiency, professionalism, and overall client experience within the office environment.
Typical Work Schedule:
Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
The Client Services Associate supports office operations by managing mail and package handling, shipping and receiving, print and document services, inventory management, and workplace support functions.
This role combines operational support with frontline customer service responsibilities, ensuring all employees, clients, and visitors receive prompt, professional, and efficient assistance.

Client Services Supervisor, Client Services Manager, or equivalent leadership
