We have an immediate need for motivated, outgoing individuals to join our growing team as Entry-Level Client Service Associates If you're looking to start your career in customer service, event marketing, or brand promotions, this is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience while working with nationally recognized brands.

This is a fully in-person position where you'll interact with customers at live events, community outreach programs, and promotional campaigns. No experience is required—we provide paid training, ongoing support, and opportunities for career growth from day one.

What You'll Do

As a Client Service Associate, you will play an important role in creating positive customer experiences while representing nationally recognized brands at live events.

Your responsibilities include:

• Welcome customers and event attendees with a friendly, professional attitude
• Provide information about products, services, promotions, and upcoming events
• Answer customer questions and resolve concerns with excellent customer service
• Build positive relationships through face-to-face interactions
• Assist with promotional campaigns, community outreach events, and brand activations
• Help coordinate customer engagement activities and event experiences
• Support event setup, organization, and breakdown as needed
• Work closely with teammates to ensure successful event execution
• Maintain a polished, professional appearance while representing the company
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience that supports client goals
