Job Description

We are searching for a Client Service Associate to provide onsite support for a local financial institution. This position is temporary with the potential to become permanent and pays $20 to $22 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries
• Assist with new account setup and account maintenance
• Ensure accuracy of customer information and documentation
• Resolve customer issues through coordination with internal teams
• Maintain compliance with bank policies and procedures
• Process customer service requests through completion
• Document customer interactions accurately and timely
• Support high-volume customer activity
• Provide general administrative support to the team
• Maintain confidentiality of client and bank information

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree in business administration or finance preferred
• 2+ years of previous banking or financial services customer service experience is required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer proficiency
• Professional customer service demeanor
