We've grown to nearly 1,000 clients and $262 million in assets under management, and we're still growing. We need a Client Service Associate who can keep up, stay calm, and genuinely care about the people walking through our door.
This is not a quiet desk job. Our office is busy, our team is close-knit, and the work moves fast. If you love being at the center of it all and find real satisfaction in getting things done, you'll fit right in.
You'll be the operational backbone of our client service team. Day to day, that means:
As you settle in, there's real room to grow. Depending on your background and goals, this role can expand into full operations management or, if you're licensed, into a Service Advisor role working directly with clients on their financial plans.
