A growing wealth management firm in Avon is seeking a Client Service Associate who thrives on working with people, staying organized, and keeping a fast-paced office running smoothly.
This role sits at the front of the client experience. You are often the first voice clients hear and the first person they see when they walk in.

You’ll serve as a key support partner to advisors and licensed team members while ensuring clients feel welcomed, cared for, and supported.
Responsibilities include:
Greeting clients and creating a professional, welcoming environment
Answering phones and managing inbound client requests
Assisting with account paperwork and documentation
Coordinating appointments and maintaining calendars
Supporting account opening and maintenance processes
Managing client communications and follow-up
Maintaining CRM records and ensuring data accuracy
Assisting with special projects and stepping in wherever needed
This is a team-oriented office. Everyone contributes.
1–3+ years of experience in an office, banking, financial services, or professional services environment
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Strong technology aptitude (CRM systems, Microsoft Office, learning new platforms quickly)
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Professional presence and client-first mindset
Willingness to learn and grow within the firm
Licensing is not required for this position, but an interest in financial services is important.
This firm integrates wealth management and in-house tax preparation, which creates a dynamic and collaborative work environment.
During tax season (February through mid-April), the pace increases and Saturday hours are required. Outside of peak season, the schedule returns to a traditional Monday–Friday structure.
