We are seeking a Client Service Associate to join our growing team in Charlotte, NC. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who enjoys working with clients, managing communication, and ensuring a seamless service experience. As a key point of contact, you will represent Beloform Craft with clarity, professionalism, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and requests with professionalism
Maintain clear and consistent communication to ensure client satisfaction
Coordinate internally to support client needs and service delivery
Assist with documentation, scheduling, and follow-up communications
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Support day-to-day client service operations and administrative tasks
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional demeanor with a client-focused approach
Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
