Temporary (4-Month Term), Full-Time

Reporting to the Associate Manager, Central Services - Cheques and Output, this role provides operational support to teams across Canada Operations. You’ll work closely with internal business partners to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient processing of documents, reports, and communications in a fast‑paced environment.

What you will do

  • Sort, verify, and distribute system‑generated reports to internal business partners
  • Prepare physical documents for scanning and digital retention
  • Review time‑sensitive client and advisor communications prior to distribution
  • Reconcile and distribute system‑generated cheques
  • Assemble Life Insurance policy contracts in both paper and digital formats
  • Monitor and manage a shared team mailbox
  • Support the team with ad‑hoc tasks, as required

  • Reliability Status security clearance - this is a personnel security status that is required before an employee can gain access to Protected B information, assets or work sites as outlined by the Government of Canada website

This position is located at the London Ram Center, located at 670 Sovereign Road.
Workstyle is fully in-office, Monday to Friday

The base salary for this position is between $39,000 - $41,500 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc). If you are selected to move forward in our recruitment process, your recruiter will be able to discuss additional details of our total rewards program with you.
