What will you be doing?

You will be at the heart of our technology transformation, supporting clients as we move from our legacy platform (Temple) to our future state (Unify).

You will review existing reports, migrate them into the new platform and identify opportunities for improvement. You will also take the lead in creating new reports that meet client requirements and support informed decision making.

In addition to migration support, you will be the go-to person for generalist Unify support, providing troubleshooting help and developing into a trusted subject matter expert.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the migration of reports from Temple to Unify
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and translate these into well structured, accurate reports
  • Work closely with a range of internal stakeholders, advising them on any changes to client reports
  • Provide technical support for Unify to both internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

  • 2-3 years’ experience as an Analyst, ideally gained in the FMCG industry
  • Experience working with Circana data set or equivalent preferred
  • Analytical minded with the ability to break down challenges logically and work through them with clarity
  • A naturally curious approach and a willingness to dive into the detail to get to the root of a problem
  • Capability to work confidently within technology transitions and adapt quickly to new systems
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively and manage competing deadline
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
