We are seeking a Client Sector Leader – Industrial Water/Wastewater to drive national growth across high-priority industrial markets. This role is accountable for defining and executing market strategy, expanding Weston’s client portfolio, and strengthening our brand presence across the industrial water and wastewater sector.
This leader willoperateat an enterprise level, integrating business development, technical delivery, and cross-functional capabilities to capture market share and deliver sustained revenue growth.This role also maintains accountability for developing key client relationships, assembling and leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery of complex water and wastewater solutions across the full project lifecycle.
Market Leadership & Innovation
The Client Sector Leader will advance Weston’s position in next-generation water solutions, including water reuse, resource recovery, and advanced treatment technologies.
This role will collaborate with industry partners, academic institutions, and regulatory agencies to bring innovative solutions to market, addressing challenges such as PFAS, nutrient recovery, and sustainable water reuse, while influencing strategic investments that keep Weston competitive in the evolving water sector.

Requirements:
•Bachelor's degree in Engineering(Master’spreferred)
•20+ years of experience in water/wastewater engineering (industrial focus)
•10+ years of business development experience
•Strong regulatory knowledge and stakeholder engagement capability
•Ability to lead complex, multidisciplinary teams
